The vineyards are located on a medium-textured soil, which is a balanced miscellany of clay, sand and silt.
The vineyard is cultivated with Guyot system. The seasonal average production does not exceed 100 quintals per hectare.
The fermentation lasts 15 days in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 13-14° C. The aging of the wine is prolonged, leaving the wine to rest on the noble lees for about five months in stainless steel tanks.
