The vineyards are located on a chalk-clay type soil, originated in the post-glacial era.
Therefore there is a high concentration of lime, with a large quantity of rocks and stones, which makes the ground extremely suitable for the production of high quality white wines.
The exposure of the vineyard is North/South and it is cultivated with Guyot system. The seasonal average production does not exceed 100 quintals per hectare.
The fermentation lasts about twenty days in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
The maturation of the wine lasts for about five months in stainless steel tanks after which follows a period of aging in bottle.
