Organoleptic features

Colour: greenish.
Bouquet: harmonic and fruity. 
Taste: fresh, wrap around flavor and characteristic. 
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C
Serving suggestions: excellent as aperitif, pairs well with appetizer, fish and shellfish. 

Soil 
Characteristic of the Veneto region, of alluvial origin, rather loose, slightly calcareous with gravel surfacing.

Vinification
Soft pressing of the grapes, natural fermentation at a controlled temperature.
The sparkle is obtained in tank at 16° C until a pressure of 2,5 bar is reached and then the wine is chilled.
This temperature is maintained until the moment of bottling.
