Neropasso
Neropasso is the first milestone of a special project of the Biscardo family, the incipit of the Trilogy. A Veneto red wine created from lightly dried grapes that anticipates a unique sensory experience right from the bouquet. Cherry, black cherry, plum and more ripe fruits are some of the aromas that are released with every sip.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with pasta dishes such as lasagna and fettuccine with meat sauce. It pairs very well with red meat, such as a beef tagliata, as well as grilled meats. It is also ideal with boards of medium-aged cheeses, cured meats and fruit compotes.
